I see many clients with various health issues, including fatigue, insomnia, stress, menopause, gut, bowel, hormones, fertility, and skin conditions.

I enjoy working with food intolerances

helping many to find what they can eat

Hello … I’m Sharon Lindner, a Newcastle-based Medical Herbalist. I would like to share a little of my story with you.

My journey as a Herbalist began in my grandparent’s backyard, with chickens to chase and eggs to collect. From helping in the veggie garden, planting seeds, and then eating what was grown. It was due to this, that I learned to grow my own food and to forage in the nearby paddocks and fields for wild berries, and mushrooms after the rain.

I have always appreciated the diverse plant life growing around me

I love seeing the changes the remedies bring to my clients

I’m a micro prescriber, so taste is never an issue

Growing up in the sixties and seventies meant being outside from early morning until late afternoon. I grew up with dogs and cats and drank milk from ‘Daisy’ our goat who lived in our backyard, although I must say I did find her a little scary.

I began my study of Herbal Medicine in the early nineties, and this is where my passion for plants and their healing energies grew and flourished, and I knew I had found my calling.

My interest is in all areas of health, including gut and bowel, food intolerances, skin conditions, hormonal health, and fertility.

Photography is something I like to dabble in, I especially love to take macro shots (close up) of plants in an abstract way. Click the link to check out my Instagram page to see plants expressed in a unique and interesting way instagram.com/luvwhatuc

Outside of work, I lead a quiet life with my husband Greg and our rescue cat Chia, who likes to nibble on lemongrass and sleep the day away. Chia has her own Instagram page, and you can find her here 🐈‍⬛ instagram.com/chiathekat

Hope to meet you soon.
