Initial Consultation Fee
IN CLINIC OR VIA ZOOM – 60 – 70 MINUTES
Please arrive early to complete the paperwork
I will ask questions about past health issues and current health concerns. We will cover diet, lifestyle, and moods as we delve into potential underlying causes. I will examine your fingernails and tongue, as well as do an iridology assessment.
Please bring a current list of medications and supplements or any recent test results.

Follow Up Consultation Fee
IN CLINIC OR VIA ZOOM – 40 MINUTES
During this consultation, we will discuss the progress made as well as the changes you have made to your diet and lifestyle. If further testing has taken place we will discuss the results. I will make adjustments to the herbal tonic I have prescribed for you if needed.
We generally aim for 3 months to have your health back on track and heading in the right direction.
Bowen Treatment
(IN CLINIC) – 60 MINUTES OR 90 MINUTES

Treatments are done over light loose clothing. If you have any questions about this please give us a call.
It is recommended that you initially have three treatments 7 to 10 days apart. Further appointments are discussed with you at the third appointment.
Bowen is a gentle form of bodywork in which very subtle moves are performed over muscles and connective tissue, acupressure points, and meridian lines, sending messages deep into the body, and retrieving cellular memory of a preferred, relaxed, balanced way of well-being.
